All Level Classes

Yoga, pilates and fitness group classes  are for all levels. In a small group Patricia is able to work one on one with the client. Patricia modifies all postures to suit the need of the client.

Prenatal Yoga Classes

Moms will get a good workout while maintaining a strong healthy body throughout the pregnancy. The classes will focus on breathing, body awareness, relaxation,stretching and gentle postures. No experience required – perfect for all stages of pregnancy.
